Submit Your Event
Events are experiences with a specific date or time, like markets, or concerts.
Submit Your Special
Specials are limited offers, like seasonal menus, accommodation discounts, or tasting promotions.
• Maximum 7 consecutive days for a once-off special.
• Recurring specials may run long-term, but are limited to 3 days per week.
Members may submit multiple listings, but please keep each event or special separate.
Before you submit, please check...
What we need from you
- A clear title for your event or special
- A short description (what’s happening, when, and why people should come)
- Start and end date (and time, if applicable)
- Price and what it covers (e.g. per person, per couple, per night)
- One high-quality image in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format (max 5MB)
- Your business name, address, and contact details
Who can submit, and how many?
- This form is available to all Tulbagh Tourism members.
- You may submit as many events or specials as you wish, but please keep each one separate.
- Submissions are reviewed by the Tulbagh Tourism team before being published.
- Non-members may contact us at admin@tulbaghtourism.co.za to enquire about listing options.
What happens after you submit
- Our team reviews your event or special for accuracy and quality.
- We’ll upload it to the Tulbagh Tourism website within 2–3 working days.
- Please submit before 12:00pm on Wednesday to be included in the weekly “What’s Happening” update.
- If a Public Holiday falls on a Thursday, submissions will close on Wednesday morning instead.
