Business Overview

Waverley Hills is a thriving destination for lovers of great wine, food and nature.

Most of the 139ha property is occupied by mountain fynbos with 30ha under vineyard and some 10ha used for the cultivation of olives. The modern winery, surrounded by a landscaped fynbos garden, incorporates the wine tasting room, restaurant and wedding chapel.

Waverley Hills produces premium quality, certified organic wines from low-yielding vines processed on the estate in a modern-gravity-fed cellar.  Enjoy fruit and terroir driven wines with balance and sustainability always at heart.

The restaurant is open six days a week for breakfast and lunch, and twice for dinners on Wednesdays and Fridays. We strive to serve delicious, quality food in a relaxed country atmosphere with beautiful views all year round.

The estate is situated between Tulbagh and Ceres, close to Wolseley, at the foothills of the breath-taking Witzenberg Mountain Range.

Please note that the Restaurant is closed on Mondays.
